1. General Terms

By accessing or using the Heaps O Wins website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use any services. These terms govern all aspects of your account including registration, deposits, bonuses, withdrawals and conduct.

2. Account Registration

You may hold only one account per household, IP address, device, or payment method. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated balances forfeited. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. All information provided at registration must be accurate and kept current.

3. Bonus Terms

All bonuses, including the $100 no deposit bonus, are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Bonus credits are non-withdrawable until wagering requirements are met in full. Different bonuses apply to different eligible games — check the current promotion page for specifics. Heaps O Wins reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw bonus offers at any time without notice.

4. Deposits

The minimum deposit is AU$30. There is no stated maximum deposit limit. Accepted currencies include AUD, USD, BTC, ETH, LTC, BNB, XRP, DAI, USDT, and BCH. Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name.

5. Withdrawals

  • Minimum withdrawal: AU$100
  • Standard weekly limit: AU$5,000 per rolling 7 days
  • VIP4/VIP5 weekly limit: AU$10,000 per rolling 7 days
  • Processing time: up to 10 business days after approval

Identity verification (KYC) is required before any withdrawal is processed. Withdrawals are processed using the same method as the deposit where possible.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use the platform for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, or any activity prohibited by applicable law. Abuse of bonuses, use of bots or automated systems, collusion in multi-player games, and exploitation of software errors are all prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

7. Responsible Gambling

8. Limitation of Liability

Heaps O Wins is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. The total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by you in the 30 days prior to the claim.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after amendments constitutes acceptance. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration where permitted.
